Shipping taxes will be added to your order. We may from time to time offer free shipping, this promotion will be correctly indicated on the site and will be applied at the time of payment. Shipping costs do not include import fees that may be charged when the package arrives at its destination. All orders are shipped within 2-3 days via Portuguese Post (after payment approval). Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking ID, you can track your order on www.cttexpresso.com. In the unlikely event that you do not receive your order, you have the right to cancel your request and will be refunded within 30 days. In the event of a delay in fulfilling your order, you will be offered a new delivery date, if this is not convenient for you and you can cancel it. Your order will be delivered to the address indicated as the shipping address. If you wish to ship products to multiple addresses, please process different orders. Shipping costs will be applied for each application.

Portugal: 3 to 5 working days

Europe: 8 to 10 working days

Rest of the world: 10 to 15 working days.

Our orders are sent by Portuguese national mail (CTT) or DPD.

You will receive your order in your mailbox, or pick it up at the nearest post office, depending on the size of your order. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be redirected. Delivery times are given as an indication only, without taking into account delays of the respective posts or customs clearance. We take responsibility for your order during the shipping process, until the moment of its delivery. We cannot be held responsible if you have provided an incorrect address and the package is accepted at the destination.
