Let your 60grs candle burn for 20 minutes, 220grs and 380 grs for 2 hours the first time to obtain an even combustion.

To preserve the scent, do not burn your candle for more than 3 hours in a row. Before each burning, cut 1/4 wick to avoid any black smoke and residue on the pot.

Avoid placing your candle in a drafty area when lit, as it will burn more quickly.

If a product is found to be defective, you must notify us immediately by sending an email to info@casabohemiaalgarve.com, we will resolve the incident as soon as possible. The return of defective items will only be made if it is proven that they actually arrived to you defective. We take great care of our products and ensure that all items sold are in good condition. If you wish to exchange it for another item, please indicate at the time of return which is the new item to be exchanged. If not indicated, the defective item will be replaced with an identical one if in stock, otherwise we will contact the customer to choose an alternative item or receive a full refund for the defective item. The return of the item by the customer must be made within 15 working days. Replacement of defective items will be carried out as soon as possible, within a maximum of 30 days after receipt of the returned products. Shipping taxes will be added to your order. We may from time to time offer free postage, this promotion will be correctly indicated on the site and will be applied at checkout. Shipping costs do not include import fees that may be charged when the package arrives at its destination. All orders are shipped within 2-3 days via Portuguese Post (after payment approval). Our orders are sent by Portuguese National Mail (CTT) or DPD.

You will receive your order in your mailbox, or collect it from the nearest post office, depending on the size of your order. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be redirected.
