Automated emails are only enabled after user authorization and customers can always choose to cancel this service. For user security, we do not store any credit or debit card information. We do not share users' personal information with other websites

General Conditions of Sale ​

Shipping costs will not be refunded for returned products. Returned products may be subject to customs and other taxes, for which we will not be liable. As soon as your order is delivered, you can request a replacement or refund within 15 days. The item must be in perfect condition, with original label, intact packaging and accompanied by the original invoice. We do not accept any items that show signs of use or wear Please keep in mind that you are responsible for any returned items until they are received by us, we are not responsible for lost items or damaged during the return process, so we recommend sending it by registered mail. Shipping costs for returned goods or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. However, we will not charge shipping fees if exchanged for other items. If you would like a refund for the product, please note that we do not refund the value of shipping and the refunded amount will be deposited to the card you made the purchase with within 30 days of receipt of the item return. All exchanges are subject to stock availability on www.casabohemiaalgarve.com. Please notify us of your intention to return any item as soon as possible, as you only have 15 business days to complete the request. If a product is found to be defective, you must notify us immediately by sending an email to info@casabohemiaalgarve.com, we will resolve the incident as soon as possible. The return of defective items will only be made if it is proven that they actually arrived to you defective. We take great care of our products and ensure that all items sold are in good condition. If you wish to exchange it for another item, please indicate at the time of return which is the new item to be exchanged. If not indicated, the defective item will be replaced with an identical one if in stock, otherwise we will contact the customer to choose an alternative item or receive a full refund for the defective item. The return of the item by the customer must be made within 15 working days. Replacement of defective items will be carried out as soon as possible, within a maximum of 30 days after receipt of the returned products. To guarantee your rights, it is essential that you retain proof of purchase and any other documents provided by CASA BOHEMIA ALGARVE.

We reserve the right to revise these terms at any time and you are subject to the terms in effect at the time of purchase.​

Shipping taxes will be added to your order. We may from time to time offer free postage, this promotion will be correctly indicated on the site and will be applied at checkout. Shipping costs do not include import fees that may be charged when the package arrives at its destination. All orders are shipped within 2 days via Portuguese Post (after payment approval). Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking ID, you can track your order on www.cttexpresso.com. In the unlikely event that you do not receive your order, you have the right to cancel your request and will be refunded within 30 days. In the event of a delay in fulfilling your order, you will be offered a new delivery date, if this does not suit you and you will be able to cancel it. Your order will be delivered to the address indicated as the delivery address. If you want to ship products to multiple addresses, please process different orders. Shipping costs will be applied for each application. ​

Our orders are sent by Portuguese National Mail (CTT) or DPD.

You will receive your order in your mailbox, or collect it from the nearest post office, depending on the size of your order. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be redirected. Delivery times are given for information purposes only, without taking into account delays in the respective posts or customs clearance. We take responsibility for your order during the shipping process until it is delivered. We cannot be held responsible if you provide an incorrect address and the package is accepted at destination.
